Life Without Limits is a support forum for people battling depression or mental illness, or past sufferers. They do not profess to be professional counsellors, they are however people with direct personal experience. A qualification is very well and good but sometimes, we need people who understand us on a more personal level.
In my view, that more than qualifies them to offer support and advice brought from their own experiences, exchanging coping stategies and encouragement. Discretion is assured at all times.
For the budding poet, there is currently a poetry competition taking place on the site.
